The test thorn probe is intended to verify the protection against access to glowing heating elements. It complies with IEC61032 figure 16 Test probe 41, IEC60335 standard requirements.

The test hook complies with IEC60065. It is used to test whether the dangerous electric parts can be touched. The test hook is “hooked” into vents and seams in the enclosure & then pulled with a force (usually 20N). The hook has a hole at its long end, for use in conjunction with a PFI series Force Gauge. It is intended to verify the degree of protection of enclosures against ingress of solid foreign objects having a diameter of 50mm or greater. It is also regarded as the steel ball for dropping impact test. It can be equipped with a lifting ring, and used for pendulum bob test after hanging with a rope. Steel balls with other diameters can be customized.

HT-U09 fan blade probe strictly complies with UL507 Figure 8.2 (S2140A) standard and is specially designed for protection testing of fan impellers and internal moving parts. It is carefully crafted by the source manufacturer to ensure fan safety.

This pin is intended to verify the protection against access to hazardous live parts in class 0 equipment and class II equipment. It conforms to IEC61032 figure 9 Test probe13, IEC60950 figure 2B, IEC60335 and IEC60065 standard requirements. Customizable: It can be used for enclosure protection test when open threaded hole of M6 at the end of the handle (connected with pull and push dynamometer).

These two test probe separately confirm to the IEC60884-1 figure 9 and figure 10.The HT-I20 test probe with 20N force is used to test whether the live parts inside can be touched. The HT-I21 test probe with 1N force is for testing whether the live parts with the protection of socket can be touched.

HT-I26 scratch probe is specially designed for the easily accessible component surfaces of the protected cooling system in household appliances, including the scratch test of the easily accessible surface in close contact with the protected cooling system, such as the scratch resistance test of refrigerator doors. It strictly complies with GB4706.13 Figure 102, IEC60335-2-24 Figure 102 and other standards, and the quality is guaranteed by the source manufacturer.
