This equipment is designed based on the standard IEC60335-2-2 Household and similar electrical appliances – Safety – Part 2-2: Particular requirements for vacuum cleaners and water-suction cleaning appliances clause 21.101. Its main purpose is to test the crushing resistance of current-carrying hoses.
HJ0607 is specially designed for sintering density detection of household appliance ceramic components. It complies with IEC 60335-1:2020 Clause 22.32 standard and supports fuchsin penetration test under 0-20MPa high pressure environment (pressure rise rate 100kPa/s).
HJ0606 oxygen bomb aging tester strictly complies with international standards such as IEC 60335-1 Clause 22.32, IEC 60811-1-1 and IEC 60811-1-2, and is specially designed for oxidative thermal aging performance testing of polymer materials such as wires and cables, rubber (plastic, leather) insulation layers and sheaths.
Designed specifically for microwave ovens and oven door systems, it complies with the IEC 60335-2-25 safety standard (Clause 18 mechanical durability test requirements) and supports millions of opening and closing cycle tests on hinges, seals and other components. It is suitable for home appliance manufacturers and quality inspection agencies to verify the mechanical life and sealing of oven door systems, and is the core testing equipment for microwave oven safety certification.
The drop test device is specially designed and manufactured according to IEC 60335-2-4 (par. 21.101) and IEC 60335-2-7 (par. 21.101.1a). Clause 21.101: Lids of appliances shall have adequate mechanical strength.
