  • Multi-mode Discharge: Supports independent, parallel (master/slave), and remote control modes. It can adjust the current from 0-150A and is suitable for 38-132V DC battery packs (mainly 48V/110V), simulating real discharge scenarios.
  • Wireless Cell Monitoring: Uses multi-band RF wireless modules (communication distance >100m), compatible with 2V/4V/6V/12V cells. It can monitor up to 300 cells (25 groups × 12 cells), collecting cell voltages in real-time (precision ±0.05%), avoiding wired connection risks and improving test safety.
  • Data Management: Built-in 8G SD card + 16G U disk store discharge data (total voltage, current, cell voltage, etc.). Data is transmitted to the upper computer via RS485/USB, generating curves and reports (such as capacity decay, voltage fluctuation analysis). It supports Chinese-English touch operation (7-inch HD screen) with a user-friendly interface.
  • Protection and Safety: PTC ceramic resistors avoid red heat, with overvoltage (≥38V shutdown), overcurrent (>150A protection), reverse connection, and 65℃ overtemperature protection.
