ET-001 is a precision environmental testing chamber designed to simulate extreme temperatures (-70℃ to 150℃) for reliability validation. With ±0.5℃ stability and ±2℃ uniformity, it complies with IEC 60068-2/-1 and ISO 16750-4, serving electronics, automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors. The chamber enables temperature tolerance testing, material aging analysis, and stress performance evaluation, providing data-driven insights to optimize product quality for Singapore’s competitive market.
The equipment complies with environmental test standards such as IEC 60884-1 2013, clause 9.2, IEC 60068-3-5, IEC 60068-3-6, IEC 60068-2-1 (Test A), IEC 60068-2-2 (Test B and Ca), IEC 60068-2-78 (Test Ca) and IEC 60068-2-30 (Test Db), and is used to evaluate the moisture resistance of electronic and electrical products, components and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions. In addition, the equipment can also be used for storage, transportation and operation adaptability tests in extreme temperature environments to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the heat, cold and dryness resistance of the samples. Applicable test samples include power sockets, similar electrical appliances, plugs, sockets, switches and other hazardous electrical components, as well as electronic, electrical appliances, mobile phones, instruments and meters, automotive parts and other plastic products.
