【Product Description】
The HJVTE series is a purpose-built, skid-mounted test facility designed to execute the complete PR2 validation sequence defined in API 6A Annex F.1.13. The unit simultaneously generates high-pressure water (up to 1 750 bar), high-pressure nitrogen (up to 1 500 bar) and programmable cryothermal cycles (–46 °C ➔ 121 °C) while continuously logging stem torque, pressure drop and leakage rate. A dual-circuit safety architecture (electronic PID + mechanical relief) guarantees compliance with PED Category IV and ASME VIII UG-136. All data are exported in .csv and encrypted .pdf formats for direct upload to ERP or third-party certification bodies.
